Shipping policy

Order Processing and Shipping:

All submitted and confirmed orders will be processed and shipped within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Shipments are generally not dispatched on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Rates and Estimates:

Delivery of items ordered through the online store is currently available only within Slovenia.

Shipping Costs: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Free Shipping: Available for orders over €60.

Local Delivery:

Delivery is typically carried out by our shipping partner; in exceptional cases, we may provide delivery ourselves, especially when the delivery address is located near our headquarters or business unit.

Orders over €60 include free local delivery. A charge of €3.90 applies for local delivery on orders under €60.

Local delivery typically takes 2 to 5 business days. We will notify you via email or text message using the phone number provided at checkout on the day of delivery.
